It’s that time of year again and Train Hard have a great present for all our members and the local community!

On the 22nd of December we are hosting out annual Xmas family parkour session. A chance for the whole family to come along and move around together. With food and drink provided you can’t really say no, can you?

This santafastic event will start at 15:00 and conclude at 17:30, the whole session is free we just need you to bring some fun and maybe wear a dodgy Xmas jumper.

But that is not all…

The usual creative movement session is running as normal however this is also completely free too. We want to see as many people as possible, maybe some festive movements will be invented.
