Parkour For Ages 6-9s
We run regular weekly classes for boys and girls Ages 6-9 covering the fundamentals of Parkour; running, jumping, climbing, swinging, rolling!
Our qualified coaches will take your child through how to safely and effectively move through the environment, having fun whilst learning valuable movement skills along the way!
Sessions are suitable for all abilities!




Learn Parkour In Our Purpose Built Facility: The Parkour Project
Parkour is the perfect sport to help your child develop problem-solving skills; build resilience, discipline, and overall fitness, as well as being in an enjoyable, supportive, and non-competitive atmosphere!
These Parkour sessions will take place at The Parkour Project, located in the Dolphin Centre, Poole.
The Parkour project is our purpose-built indoor facility that's been designed to replicate outside environments with the benefit of added safety measures to aid beginners.

I took my daughter to an under 3s session - she absolutely loved it! Staff were really friendly and helpful, giving the kids the freedom to run around and hop, skip and jump over whatever they wanted. The floor is spring-loaded, there are loads of crash mats, and a massive foam pit so they can experiment safely too. She was so tired afterwards that she fell asleep eating her lunch
