Intro to Parkour Course For Ages 10-14
This four-week Course will cover the fundamental movements found within Parkour such as jumping, balancing, climbing, and swinging!
Our qualified coaches will teach your child how to safely and effectively move through the environment, having fun, whilst learning valuable movement skills along the way!
Running on Tuesdays from 4:30 - 5:55 PM between 31st October and 21st November.
Sessions are suitable for all abilities!




Learn Parkour In Our Purpose Built Facility: The Parkour Project
Parkour is the perfect sport to help your child develop problem-solving skills; build resilience, discipline, and overall fitness, as well as being in an enjoyable, supportive, and non-competitive atmosphere!
These Parkour sessions will take place at The Parkour Project, located in the Dolphin Centre, Poole.
The Parkour project is our purpose-built indoor facility that's been designed to replicate outside environments with the benefit of added safety measures to aid beginners.
