Introduction to Parkour - Adults 5 Week Course

COMPLETELY FREE five-week course that will introduce you to the fundamentals of Parkour! Funded by BCP Council, we want to get more adults moving around.

Learn in a safe, supportive environment.

Parkour UK Level 2 Qualified Coaches.

No previous Parkour experience required.

What You Will Learn In This 5 Week Course

Each week we will introduce a new fundamental aspect of Parkour that builds on what we've covered the previous week.

Week 1: Vaulting

Week 2: Jumping and Landing

Week 3: Cat leaps

Week 4: Balance and Proprioception

Week 5: Vaulting (2)

Learn Parkour In Our Purpose Built Facility - The Parkour Project.

This 5 week course will take place at The Parkour Project, located in the Dolphin Centre, Poole.

The Parkour project is our purpose built indoor facility that's been designed to replicate outside environments, with the benefit of added safetly measures to aid beginners.
