When Should You Contact Us?

Please speak to us if:

  • A child tells you something concerning
  • You notice unusual behaviour or injuries
  • A child seems unsafe, frightened, or distressed
  • A staff member or participant behaves inappropriately
  • Something “doesn’t feel right”
  • You have any welfare or safeguarding concern at all

Reporting Concerns

All safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and handled appropriately and confidentially wherever possible.

If a child is in immediate danger or at immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services on 999.
